Return Policy: A bag may be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase. The bag must be returned in the original condition at time of purchase. The bag may be returned for refund of purchase price, not including shipping/handling fees; or may be returned for exchange. If the exchange is for a higher priced item, the original transaction will be refunded and the new item will then be purchased; if the exchange is for a lower priced item, the difference in price will be refunded.. A bag may be returned at any time for manufacturing defect. At my discretion the bag may be repaired or exchanged for similar item. Please contact me with any questions.
